BioStrong Foothills is located in the vibrant Northwest of Calgary in the Foothills Professional Building. The Foothills Professional Building has physiotherapy, dental, optometry and a variety of specialized doctors.

How BioStrong Works

At BioStrong we make use of the bioDensity machine, an innovative tool designed for osteogenic loading. Osteogenic loading is scientifically proven to stimulate bone growth and improve strength. Each session with the bioDensity machine uses exercises that are short and intense. These controlled one-on-one exercises with our coaches promote bone health and improve muscle function. Osteogenic loading is a non-invasive alternative to combat age-related bone loss. It is also great for improving strength, balance and vitality.
